Not posting pics right now, too busy fasting/restricting/studying/spending time at the gym. I’ll probs be back next week. And I’ll update on my weight on Monday, the rest of the days on how I feel and things. Boring, I know, sorry but I don’t have time right now. You can unfollow if you don’t feel like waiting idc I have more important things to worry about. I ate a bit (a lot) too much today. I kind of forced myself to because I want to be able to fast for the next 2 days and still exercise/study, so I can’t be completely hungry or my hypoglycemia will act up and I’ll pass out. Tomorrow I may or may not work out. It’s a 75-100 calories of coffee day, as was yesterday and I managed to do a vigorous hour on the elliptical, plus weights, I don’t know how. Today I did two half hour segments and just felt ill. Came home and ate apples, some bread, and some oatmeal. Ew. Whatever. I’m trying to get over it.
Also, I took a blood test today, I’ll update on my current internal health tomorrow when I get the results. U
