Heads up

Not posting pics right now, too busy fasting/restricting/studying/spending time at the gym. I’ll probs be back next week. And I’ll update on my weight on Monday, the rest of the days on how I feel and things. Boring, I know, sorry but I don’t have time right now. You can unfollow if you don’t feel like waiting idc I have more important things to worry about. I ate a bit (a lot) too much today. I kind of forced myself to because I want to be able to fast for the next 2 days and still exercise/study, so I can’t be completely hungry or my hypoglycemia will act up and I’ll pass out. Tomorrow I may or may not work out. It’s a 75-100 calories of coffee day, as was yesterday and I managed to do a vigorous hour on the elliptical, plus weights, I don’t know how. Today I did two half hour segments and just felt ill. Came home and ate apples, some bread, and some oatmeal. Ew. Whatever. I’m trying to get over it.


Also, I took a blood test today, I’ll update on my current internal health tomorrow when I get the results. U

Net calories yesterday ended up being around -750 with 150 calories having been consumed (accidentally took a small sip of something I thought was diet cola but wasn’t, I’m counting that as an extra 50). I’m having a very hard time deciding what to eat today. I also can’t sleep. I’m not hungry, so that’s not the issue. Maybe it’s the caffeine? I only had two cups of coffee, though… who knows, I guess. My calories today will probably end up being around 350-400 depending on what I do with my coffee and with lunch. The apple is what’s killing me. 95. I mean really. Maybe I can eat half of it? Wasteful. Maybe less cabbage. I want to burn more so I can be more negative but I’m not feeling it today. I need to be up in 3.5 hours to go to a meeting for some dumb, random herbal business my mother is roping me into. Whatevs. Going to Japan because of it, so I’m fine. Breakfast is 1/2 a weetabix with 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt (60), plus coffee, which will probably end up being a big cup of iced coffee so I’ll say (75). 134 for breakfast. Holy hell. Go to school, do the hour and 15 minutes of cardio (-700). Lunch is the other half of the weetabix plus a green apple. The red ones are all bad right now. Dinner is 6 cups of red and green cabbage, cooked in water, with pepper. Cabbage soup. Highlight of my day. (134), just like breakfast. Nice way to end the day, kind of symmetrical. I like that.

how many calories are for wednesday and friday?

Every day (because I am drinking coffee) there will be about 300 calories, the days of weetabix and soup are no exception.

Wednesday=cabbage soup + weetbix. 1 hour cardio

Thursday= fasting, rest.

Friday=noodle soup + weetbix. 1 hour cardio, strength.

Saturday=fasting

Sunday=fasting

Monday= 10 lbs gone, bitch.
